Earl Kendrick Cost Management have recently completed an appointment for quantity surveying and contract administration services for the fit-out of the prestigious new Warp Snacks headquarters, 184–192 Drummond Street, London.
Warp Snacks is the result of an exciting new merger between the well known ‘Eat Real’ and ‘Proper Snacks’ brands producing healthy snacks at scale. In need of a new vibrant and energetic headquarters office space to reflect their rapidly growing national footprint, and needing an experienced pro-active collaborative quantity surveyor, Warp Snacks appointed Earl Kendrick Cost Management to assist them with the administration of the contract and with post-contract quantity surveying services.
The project encountered some unforeseen external restrictions on operations which delayed the practical completion date. We were proud to have assisted the client navigate the various commercial challenges and to pre-empt and prevent significant loss through pro-active preventative actions. Likewise in administering the contract and bringing all parties together in consensus in relation to extensions of time and commercial award, to effect a successful close out for all. A suitably prestigious headquarters for a prestigious brand.
